DollarWeb Client Payment Policies
All Hosting Solutions clients who signed up under the DollarWeb Services plans must also abide by these payment conditions.
Payment Policies
Setup fees and yearly payments must be prepaid for any of DollarWeb’s services, and are non-refundable. Payment is due each anniversary year following the date the account was established. Account cancellations should be submitted at minimum 7 days prior to your account's renewal date or you will be responsible for your next year's payment in full.
A 10% late fee will apply to accounts past due more than 14 calendar days from the due date, and your FTP account will be locked out until payment is received. Any account not brought current within 30 days of due date is subject to termination, and all past due amounts may be turned over for collection. DollarWeb customers are locked into contracts at one year increments, and all monies owed will be in full year blocks.
Returned checks will be assessed a $30 charge. All payment is in U.S. currency only.
If you decide to add any additional features to your account at some point after the account has been created on DollarWeb's servers, you will be assessed a $10 setup fee for those new features. This includes upgrading your account from a non-virtual to a virtual account (you must also pay the difference in price). There is no additional fee to upgrade a virtual "vanity" account to a virtual full domain account.
Account Cancellation Policies
DollarWeb reserves the right to terminate service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by DollarWeb if DollarWeb initiates its' right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused by a client's breach of our terms and conditions, however, then no refund is due.
Clients can cancel service any time. If the client cancels his/her account within the first 30 days, we will refund the entire amount paid to us, minus setup fees. Clients should notify us via e-mail prior to the end of the 30 days, and then follow up that request with a written notice of cancellation. Client-ordered cancellations requested beyond our 30 day money-back guarantee will not recieve a refund.
Due to security concerns, all account cancellations must be done in writing, via US mail with a valid signature of the principal contact of the account, account name, password, and reason for cancellation.
